About This Role
- Provide technical production support for enterprise Pega Infinity applications, ensuring high system availability and timely resolution of issues.
- Execute application monitoring, incident management, code deployments, and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to support process improvements, documentation, and leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in production support and troubleshooting, preferably with Pega Infinity applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including on-call and quarter-end support; experience with databases and SQL; programming experience with Pega Infinity.

- Experienced in complex production issue analysis, root cause identification, and stable delivery within high-pressure environments meeting SLAs.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with business users and engineering teams, emphasizing client-focused support and communication.
