At least 2 years experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Support roles.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and Linux administration including Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Nginx, and MSSQL.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift setup based in Bangalore office (hybrid model with 2 days onsite per week).
Experience supporting SaaS applications in large scale, multi-tenant production environments with strong monitoring and observability tool usage (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, etc).
Proven skills in incident management lifecycle including capacity planning, backup/disaster recovery, and compliance within cloud operations.
Comfortable working independently and coordinating across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
