Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components for secure, stable, and scalable technology products within an agile Payments Technology team.
Write high-quality, secure Python code with use of AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
Analyze large data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in application development.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification, specifically in NAMR/APAC – India/LATAM/Hong Kong regions.
Hands-on practical experience with Python, Observability, OpenTelemetry (OTel), and Dynatrace.
Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating within a large corporate environment and developing/debugging modern programming and database querying languages.
Familiarity with full stack Python development and microservices architecture on AWS (Elastic Kubernetes Service, Elastic Container Service, EC2).
Comfortable applying secure coding standards and responsible AI use in software engineering workflows, with strong understanding of data sensitivity and secure handling.
