Manage and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning for versions 2012 through 2022.
Lead administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V).
Handle Level 3 incident management, root cause analysis, backup/disaster recovery processes, and implement security hardening and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 15 years of experience in Wintel infrastructure support with strong Windows Server administration skills.
Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Strong scripting skills, preferably PowerShell, and experience with enterprise networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).
Work Experience Required: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex enterprise Windows and virtualization infrastructures in 24x7 production/support environments.
Capable of leading critical incident escalations with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Familiar with ITIL processes and compliance requirements, with the ability to document and maintain infrastructure changes effectively.
