Work Experience Required: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Experienced in managing complex enterprise Windows and virtualization infrastructures in 24x7 production/support environments.
Capable of leading critical incident escalations with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Familiar with ITIL processes and compliance requirements, with the ability to document and maintain infrastructure changes effectively.
