About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and integration workflows primarily using Talend and Azure Data Factory.
- Participate in modernization initiatives migrating legacy data pipelines from Talend to Apache Kafka and monitoring systems from Splunk to Grafana.
- Ensure robust data warehousing architecture with focus on ETL scheduling, CDC, and performance optimization across databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ETL development and data integration experience.
- Proficiency in Talend ETL tool (highly preferred) or IBM DataStage/Teradata.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and working knowledge of Apache Kafka.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in traditional and cloud-native ETL and data warehousing concepts with strong SQL skills across RDBMS or cloud databases like Snowflake, Teradata.
- Capable of quickly learning backend integrations in Java and observability tools such as Grafana.
- Able to work on modernization projects involving streaming technologies, log querying, and monitoring with Splunk and Grafana.
