About This Role
- Lead technology delivery and execution plans for Commodities trading workflows in India, coordinating with global stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver front-to-back trade lifecycle workflows including execution, booking, pricing, risk/P&L reporting, ensuring integration and production readiness.
- Drive engineering standards, toolchain automation, AI-assisted development, and mentor a high-performing local team.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Mandatory proficiency in Python programming.
- Prior experience working with Front Office/Trading teams and delivering production outcomes.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong track record of multi-stream execution leadership and managing dependencies across distributed teams.
- Experience with front-to-back workflow integrations in trading or commodities environments, preferably systematic/quant desks.
- Demonstrated expertise in adopting AI-assisted engineering practices while ensuring secure, resilient, and compliant delivery.
