About This Role
- Lead end-to-end validation projects for NAND Flash memory products, including test development planning and execution during post-silicon phases.
- Design and implement test algorithms and programs to validate and characterize NAND features, and analyze large data sets to ensure design margin and functionality.
- Act as main technical liaison between NAND R&D, manufacturing, business units, and quality assurance, driving issue resolution and product qualification.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years for Senior Engineer, 6+ years for Staff Engineer, 10+ years for Principal Engineer in NAND or related post-silicon validation and test program development.
- Proficiency in software development with C-based programming and scripting (e.g., Perl, Python).
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, characterization techniques, and related equipment.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.

- Experienced in NAND Flash memory validation with multi-disciplinary collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
- Skilled in planning and executing complex validation projects with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
