About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for next-generation sensor platforms focusing on sensor processing, data acquisition, and real-time integration.
- Lead DSP-based software architecture, algorithm implementation, and performance optimization targeting low-power, real-time, and high-performance environments.
- Provide technical leadership including software design reviews, mentoring junior engineers, debugging complex system issues, and ensuring software quality for mobile and edge devices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in embedded or systems software development with hands-on DSP programming and optimization.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with operating system concepts: multithreading, synchronization, interrupt handling, scheduling, memory management, and device driver interaction.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and experience with real-time and low-power software design.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field with minimum 3+ years of software engineering experience (or relevant higher degrees with adjusted experience).

- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, algorithm, and systems teams in sensor software development.
- Skilled at system-level debugging and performance tuning of embedded DSP software in real-time, low-power mobile or edge environments.
- Capable of technical leadership through design reviews, enforcing coding best practices, and mentoring engineers in embedded DSP and real-time systems.
