About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tools to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
- Provide architectural leadership for automation solutions, set coding standards, and actively contribute to production-grade code.
- Partner across teams to identify quality challenges, drive organization-wide QA improvements, and mentor junior engineers in automation best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in Quality Engineering or Software Development with strong emphasis on test automation and tooling.
- Proven coding expertise in Python; experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience architecting automation frameworks at scale and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.

- Strong background in designing complex automation frameworks aligned with product quality goals and customer experience.
