About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical architecture and roadmap for C#/.NET services, integrations, and related systems.
- Accountable for engineering quality including coding standards, tech debt management, observability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor senior engineers, communicate risks and blockers, while contributing 30-40% hands-on development time in C#/.NET.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with majority in C#/.NET and demonstrated technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Azure DevOps pipelines, and HAL deployment infrastructure.
- Proven experience owning a system or program area end-to-end including design, implementation, production support, and evolution.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in software engineering, primarily C#/.NET.
