Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of work experience in software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in API design (REST, contract-first), Apache Kafka, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), and cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical design discussions and delivering scalable, maintainable systems in complex microservices environments.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions.
- Background or familiarity with telecom domain (BSS/OSS), platform productization, and API governance at scale preferred.
