About This Role
- Independently execute technical projects with oversight from technical lead, focusing on design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and present product and system design documentation including high and low level designs with task breakdown and impact areas.
- Mentor junior engineers, handle on-call responsibilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve bugs, features, and support issues effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, MySQL, SQS/Kafka, Redis, Spring Boot, and designing RESTful web services.
- Delivered at least two end-to-end live projects with measurable impact.
- Remote work capability; education background not a strict filter.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise SaaS or ERP software product development with cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Able to lead technical implementation and mentor junior engineers independently in a remote environment.
