About This Role
- Lead enterprise architecture and technology strategy workstreams for complex digital transformation projects including Phase 0 discovery, assessment, and roadmap development.
- Develop integrated target architectures spanning business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity domains aligned with business capabilities and future operating models.
- Translate architecture gaps into prioritized initiatives, create high-level project charters and phased technology roadmaps, and guide technical teams and stakeholders through executive-level presentations and workshops.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, solution architecture, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience leading discovery, assessment, technology strategy, or pre-implementation advisory engagements (Phase 0).
- Familiarity with ERP or enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion or equivalents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to integrate business and technology perspectives to define target operating models and multi-domain architectures in complex digital transformation contexts.
- Experience with strategic platform/vendor evaluation, application portfolio rationalization, and enterprise transformation roadmaps, ideally within manufacturing, industrial products, energy, utilities, or asset-intensive sectors.
- Strong executive communication and consulting skills capable of facilitating workshops, managing senior stakeholders, and translating technical architecture into clear business decisions.
