About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery and full SDLC across multiple SaaS and marketplace products concurrently, ensuring successful requirements grooming, sprint planning, UAT, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
- Manage 15-20 cross-functional engineers, designers, and QA across parallel workstreams, tracking project velocity, scope creep, risks, and escalations to meet timelines.
- Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate release planning with DevOps, including deployment pipeline, rollback plans, and staging environments, while managing vendor and third-party API integration risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 2 years in SaaS or B2B/B2C platform delivery.
- Proficiency in agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or Linear with workflow configuration ownership.
- Experience managing multi-vendor or offshore teams with asynchronous collaboration.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically grounded project manager who has taken at least one product or major feature from concept (0) through development to production (1).
- Experienced in writing detailed BRDs, FRDs, risk matrices, and stakeholder reports independently, indicating strong ownership of the delivery process.
- Skilled at prioritizing under pressure, managing scope and stakeholder expectations constructively, and navigating complex cross-functional dependencies.
