About This Role
- Develop and deliver Big Data technical solutions for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to optimize business decisions and processes.
- Manage and execute moderately complex projects, driving operational and technical objectives for data analytic outputs and business solutions.
- Influence and contribute to Allstate's Big Data and Data Science tools by leveraging best practices and partnering with technology teams and analytic users.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- 3 or more years of experience preferred in Big Data and analytics-related roles.
- Strong expertise in Big Data engineering, systems, and solutions as evidenced by recognized departmental influence.
- Supervisory duties: None.

- Experienced in delivering advanced Big Data solutions within an analytic or data science environment, comfortable working on complex projects.
