About This Role
- Supervise and manage team resources to meet quality, cost, and delivery metrics according to procedural requirements.
- Develop, train, and coach team members; conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in management required.
- Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, rotational shifts.
