About This Role
- Own and prioritize the SAP Finance systems roadmap, focusing on Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), General Ledger, Consolidations, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets enhancements.
- Lead requirements definition, planning, governance, testing, and deployments across various delivery models ensuring seamless Finance-Technology integration aligned with enterprise standards.
- Manage SAP enhancements, interfaces, reports, reconciliations, and fixes to address system, process, and data issues, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP S/4 or ECC 6.0 FI/CO experience covering support, enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement including New GL or Finance integration.
- Strong SAP Finance functional and configuration knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and related FI/CO areas.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams to deliver custom developments and enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field; SAP S/4 Finance certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in SAP Finance modules with practical experience driving system implementations and enhancements in Finance process areas RTR, PTP, GL, and Fixed Assets.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Architecture, and delivery teams in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments to deliver reliable ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills demonstrated by independently managing priorities, risks, and stakeholder communication in complex SAP Finance projects.
