About This Role
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end software localization projects including scheduling, engineering, QA, and delivery.
- Ensure project milestones, financial tracking, and client communication are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support issue resolution and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in localization projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 3-6 years experience in localization, software, or technical project coordination/management roles.
- Proficiency with localization file formats (JSON, XML, HTML), Git/GitHub, basic scripting (Python, Bash), and project management tools like Jira.
- Strong English communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.

- Experienced working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, SMEs, QA, and operations.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks with dependencies in a fast-paced environment requiring independent work.
