About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for applications, APIs, data, integrations, and environments from development to production.
- Lead design and delivery of production-ready Java Spring Boot microservices and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring operational excellence including availability, latency, scalability, and compliance.
- Drive complex production issue triage, root cause analysis, and implement engineering standards including reusable patterns and secure design principles.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot microservices, API design, testing, and Python 3.x for services and AI/ML integration.
- Proven experience with distributed systems including microservices, event-driven architecture, Kafka or equivalent, and data architecture fundamentals (NoSQL/relational, caching).
- Experience productionizing AI/ML models, MLOps knowledge, and DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and deploying complex, scalable enterprise solutions in regulated environments with security and resiliency focus.
- Hands-on technical leader capable of delivering reference implementations and leading performance investigations and design spikes.
- Familiar with GenAI technologies (LLMs, retrieval augmented generation), Kubernetes/cloud-native patterns, modernization of legacy systems, and advanced observability/SRE practices.
