About This Role
- Lead and set directions for Competitive Monitoring systems involving machine learning, large language models, and recommender systems.
- Collaborate with engineers on low-level and high-level design to address key business problems with viable solutions.
- Mentor junior scientists, communicate research progress internally and externally, and stay updated on AI research to improve CMT models.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in building models for business applications.
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or similar languages.
- Experience with algorithms and data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, or high-performance computing.

- Experienced in leading research efforts and mentoring junior scientists in advanced AI/ML domains.
- Skilled in designing and optimizing deep learning architectures and training processes.
