About This Role
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of major product initiatives from roadmap intake through release and post-release review.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate roadmap priorities into scoped, sequenced execution plans and manage sprint/release cadences across multiple engineering pods.
- Maintain project status, track progress and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth releases, and drive process improvements in the delivery pipeline.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of technical project/program management experience, ideally within a product company (SaaS or platform business).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices; experienced working directly with engineers on technical tradeoffs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) plus MBA.
- Role is office based in Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing multiple concurrent product workstreams in a fast-moving environment with a focus on roadmap-to-release delivery, not just task tracking.
- Skilled in project management tools like Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence and adept at communicating between engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or B2B platform companies, release management, feature flagging, phased rollouts, and customer-facing launch processes is a plus.
