About This Role
- Lead design and build of Salesforce Healthcare Cloud solutions across full implementation lifecycle including discovery, deployment, and maintenance.
- Drive Enterprise AI architecture by integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments, optimizing system performance and resource use.
- Collaborate with clients, delivery managers, and internal teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, mentor development and QA teams, and contribute to practice growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience developing technology solutions, including Salesforce implementations.
- 2+ years client-facing experience with increasing responsibility in systems development and business consulting.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform including Apex, Force.com, Lightning Aura Components, and Health Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in Healthcare domain and ability to travel 30-50% to client sites.

- Technically proficient architect with hands-on Salesforce coding and integration expertise combined with strategic solution design skills.
- Experienced leader capable of mentoring teams and managing multiple projects in complex technical environments.
