About This Role
- Own end-to-end systems analysis and preparation of functional specifications/User Stories for large-scale Public Safety applications.
- Act as primary liaison for offshore development and test teams regarding business functionality, ensuring alignment with onshore product owners and QA teams.
- Assist in prioritizing features, managing change requests and defects, and support system testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in business analysis or related role.
- Strong ability to write and communicate functional requirements in both Agile (user stories) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams, including development and QA.
- Location Requirement: Worli, India
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale software projects involving Public Safety domain or similar complex business functionalities (preferred, not mandatory).
- Demonstrates strong coordination skills bridging onshore and offshore teams with emphasis on functional clarity and delivery alignment.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology including user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and estimation.
