About This Role
- Lead and manage India-based Corporate Finance Technology team supporting SAP Finance, Workday Time & Pay, Tax, and Treasury.
- Oversee solution architecture, project delivery, application support, ensuring technology aligns with business objectives and governance standards.
- Drive technology strategy, innovation, financial management, and stakeholder engagement across Finance and HR functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 to 12 years of progressive IT experience focusing on Finance systems/applications.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading technology teams.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, and Workday Time & Pay support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise Finance technology programs and support organizations in global settings.
- Proven skills in solution architecture, technology delivery leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, compliance (IFRS, US GAAP), and integration architecture including APIs and middleware.
