About This Role
- Own end-to-end analysis, resolution, and functional support for complex client issues related to Duck Creek Reinsurance (DCR).
- Lead cross-functional coordination for issue resolution, risk management, release readiness, and client communication.
- Mentor less-experienced analysts and drive continuous improvement in service quality, product performance, and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Insurance, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in application support, business analysis, enterprise software, or insurance technology handling complex client issues.
- Experience supporting reinsurance business processes and applying ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Location-aligned role requiring residence within reasonable proximity to designated office location; hybrid work and in-person collaboration expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Duck Creek Reinsurance (DCR) or similar reinsurance administration platforms with deep functional and configuration knowledge.
- Proven track record in owning high-impact client cases end-to-end with strong root-cause analysis and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into actionable specifications and managing communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
