About This Role
- Lead business analysis and requirement gathering for data engineering projects in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Bridge business needs with cloud data engineering initiatives, focusing on ETL frameworks and data migration delivery.
- Supervise, mentor teams, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience with a focus on data analysis and cloud data platforms.
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain knowledge including Guidewire data model and reporting frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree required: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/MBA.
- Proficiency in English and experience working in agile delivery methodologies with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end data migration projects and mentoring teams within data engineering contexts.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in insurance data processes, cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Snowflake) and data warehousing concepts.
- Operates effectively in hybrid onsite/offshore engagement models and fosters collaboration between business and technical teams.
