About This Role
- Lead business analysis and requirement gathering for e-Governance and government sector projects.
- Design and map workflows, conduct business process re-engineering, and perform gap analysis to optimize operations.
- Coordinate UAT, manage stakeholder interactions, and prepare detailed documentation and reports to support digital governance implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into BRD/FRD.
- Experience working closely with government stakeholders and e-Governance project exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting for public sector and digital government projects with strong domain knowledge in e-Governance.
- Proficient in business process mapping, re-engineering, and facilitating UAT with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and documentation for large-scale technology implementations.
