About This Role
- Own improving data collection, coverage, and visibility to derive deeper insights on collections health and operational efficiency.
- Enable senior leadership decision-making by streamlining KPI measurement, building causal models, and communicating key metrics and business trends.
- Collaborate on analysis, dashboard creation, and experiment evaluation, supported by senior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Analytics.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Strong working experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
- Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or interest in Operations, Customer Experience, or Product Analytics domains.
- Ability to handle data-driven problem solving and present insights effectively to leadership.
- Familiarity with statistical modelling and tools such as R, Python, SAS, or similar is a plus but not mandatory.
