8-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Performance Management, Business Analytics, Demand/Supply Planning, or Continuous Improvement roles.
Advanced Excel skills mandatory; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Planisware, Alteryx, SQL, VBA/macros, or similar analytics tools highly desirable.
Work Location: Fully onsite in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Experienced in leading cross-functional supply chain initiatives in FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors.
Highly analytical with capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and performance plans.
Skilled in stakeholder collaboration across markets, planning, finance and global teams; capable of driving system adoption and governance enhancement.
