About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain complex integrations and automation workflows using Workato across Salesforce and multiple enterprise SaaS applications.
- Develop AI/GenAI-powered automation solutions and agentic workflows that leverage LLMs, MCP, RAG, and enterprise data for intelligent operations.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure integration solutions including APIs, connectors, error handling, and observability features.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workato including recipes, custom connectors, API platform, webhooks, and error handling.
- Strong Python programming skills for building reusable integration components and automation services.
- Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Snowflake, including API and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge/experience with AI/GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and integration of AI agents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in designing end-to-end integration architectures and automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to develop AI-augmented workflows and applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, and AI agents.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate business requirements into scalable automation and integration workflows.
