About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations across India and US entities including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Accountable for key financial outcomes such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), collection efficiency, accounts receivable accuracy, and quality billing data.
- Improve processes, resolve exceptions early, and support scaling of O2C function as transaction volumes grow.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable, or finance operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Hands-on experience with invoicing, collections, AR aging, DSO management, bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting and billing systems; QuickBooks and Zoho Books preferred.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivots and lookups.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency financial operations including India GST and US sales tax preferred.
- Skilled in linking billing data with ARR reporting and deferred/unbilled revenue management.
- Capable of improving finance workflows through automation and process documentation and mentoring junior team members.
