About This Role
- Partner with Site Head and functional leaders to align HR strategy with production, quality, and operational targets.
- Drive manpower planning, hiring, succession planning, and HR budget management for optimal operational efficiency.
- Own HR MIS including data analysis, reporting, performance management system (PMS), budget preparation, and compliance within the manufacturing site.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA qualification.
- 15+ years of total work experience with at least 3 years at Zydus.
- Strong exposure to Plant HR operations and Industrial Relations (IR).
- Experience in HR MIS preparation, reporting, and analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced HR leader with strategic and operational ownership in manufacturing plant HR functions including manpower planning and industrial relations.
- Proficient in HR MIS and analytics to drive data-driven HR decisions and business insights.
- Capable of managing multi-stakeholder engagement including site leadership and corporate HR to align HR practices with business goals.
