Participate in design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems, primarily using Java and Python technologies.
Lead and monitor all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment with minimal supervision.
Provide technical leadership, coaching to junior analysts, and advise senior stakeholders on complex programming and architectural solutions including microservices and cloud infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in Java/J2EE with strong skills in Spring, Hibernate, and Python programming.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, Kubernetes or other cloud infrastructure, and familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures, cloud design patterns, and following Agile or SDLC methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading and managing projects with ability to deliver under tight deadlines and changing requirements.
Strong understanding of distributed computing, SOA, RESTful APIs, OOP fundamentals, and cloud deployment strategies.
Comfortable working independently, making technical design decisions, and producing high-quality technical documentation and presentations for diverse audiences.
