About This Role
- Own both manual and automated testing efforts for web, mobile, and SaaS applications using Cypress and related tools.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, automation scripts, and frameworks covering functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to support defect tracking, release and post-deployment testing, and continuous integration environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Practical experience with Cypress automation framework using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Location requirement: Coimbatore (implied onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage automation scripts and troubleshoot flaky tests in Agile teams.
- Skilled in testing across multiple platforms including mobile and web, with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiar with SQL, Git, Jira tools and modern test methodologies including exposure to AI-assisted testing or LLM based applications.
