About This Role
- Develop, design, test, and implement scalable and resilient software solutions, focusing on automation of build, test, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with principal engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Apply Agile methodologies to software development in a permanent feature team, delivering intentional architecture and emergent design through prototyping and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise application development in large-scale complex environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with GCP (Pub/Sub, GKE, BigQuery, Dataproc), Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in database technologies including Sybase, PostgreSQL, Oracle Coherence, and performance optimization for data-intensive applications.
- Work to be performed in Gurugram, India with normal working days in India; Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant technologies and domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in application modernization, transforming monolithic on-premise applications to cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Strong background in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure application solutions, particularly within Investment Banking and Market Risk domains.
- Comfortable working in agile, collaborative feature teams with a focus on end-to-end software lifecycle and continuous delivery.
