About This Role
- Elicit and document business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical expertise to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes aligned with business strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related field.
- Proven experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for solutions analysis with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
- Experience in Payments domain, including testing processes, defining requirements, user stories, test scripts, and automated testing using tools like Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium.
- Proficiency in data analytics including extraction, modeling, interpretation, and data visualization; strong technical writing skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in troubleshooting and maintaining automated testing frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium) within Payments domain.
- Ability to manage end-to-end testing cycles with minimal supervision and communicate clearly with senior leads and stakeholders.
- Skilled at leveraging AI and data analytics for structured problem solving and facilitating cross-team alignment on technical solutions.
