About This Role
- Own design, maintenance, and execution of automated and manual test suites across multi-channel AI agent platform (voice, chat, WhatsApp, email) ensuring consistent conversation logic and business rules.
- Test both agent-specific flows and platform layer components including configuration, workflow orchestration, integrations, and admin/dashboard interfaces.
- Lead release readiness decisions, improve monitoring to catch production quality regressions, and mentor the team to elevate QA practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years in QA/SDET roles with ownership of manual and automated testing beyond executing fixed suites.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Experience testing conversational or multi-channel systems (voice, chat, messaging, email workflows).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in diagnosing complex failure modes across diverse communication channels and platform components with strong root cause analysis skills.
- Comfortable scripting in Python or JavaScript to develop test tooling, not just consumption.
- Proven ability to define and defend release readiness decisions, indicating senior judgment and strategic ownership of quality.
