Niche 3D skillset reduces applicants despite mid-level title and known employer.
3D web graphics and computational geometry are specialized but transferable across visualization and gaming sectors.
Explicit 4–8 years, mandatory Three.js/WebGL, Python, and GLSL make filtering strict.
Develop and optimize interactive 3D applications using Three.js, JavaScript, WebGL, and GLSL shaders.
Work extensively with 3D models, meshes, scene graphs, coordinate transformations, and 3D UI interactions using RxJS and event handling.
Develop Python-based computational geometry, image processing, segmentation, feature extraction, and measurement algorithms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
4 to 8 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python with hands-on experience in Three.js, WebGL 2.0, browser-based 3D graphics, and 3D modeling (STL, meshes).
Experience with object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, unit testing, and technical documentation.
Experienced with advanced performance and memory optimization techniques in 3D graphics applications.
Proficient in developing custom GLSL shaders and familiar with emerging technologies like WebGPU and serverless Azure Functions.
Knowledgeable in computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image) and classical CV algorithms to enhance image processing capabilities.
