About This Role
- Support and perform software verification and validation activities including test execution, defect reporting, and test witnessing within an Agile lifecycle for clinical software products.
- Review product requirements and test plans to ensure proper test scoping, identify gaps, risks, and edge cases to improve product quality.
- Collaborate across QA, development, and systems teams to troubleshoot issues, contribute to documentation and audit readiness, and mentor new joiners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in enterprise software testing or quality assurance.
- Experience with manual testing, STLC, test case creation, defect lifecycle, and familiarity with automated tools and SQL querying.
- Hybrid work in Bangalore office required 3–4 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced Agile software quality environments focused on clinical or enterprise software solutions.
- Proficient in both manual and automation testing basics with some scripting (Python, JavaScript) and SQL skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams to resolve defects and contribute to process adherence and continuous improvement.
