About This Role
- Lead backend development efforts focusing on Python-based microservices and REST API solutions using FastAPI and Uvicorn.
- Own architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and performant backend systems with emphasis on API-first and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) designs.
- Responsible for production support, performance tuning, and continuous integration/deployment workflows to deliver production-grade software.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development, FastAPI, Uvicorn, and REST APIs.
- Notice period up to 15 days is acceptable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing complex distributed systems and microservices architectures in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect), and web application security.
- Capable of independently leading technical initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, and working effectively within Agile cross-functional teams.
