About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable front-end solutions using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks.
- Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices across software development lifecycle to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, code reviews, and mentor teams while ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure application architectures.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript using React framework and knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
- Demonstrated experience leading use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
- Experience with agile methodologies and all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) particularly CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

- Experienced in leading front-end engineering teams with ownership of complex, secure, and scalable software product delivery.
- Able to independently solve design and functionality challenges and coach senior engineers on compliant AI-assisted development practices.
