About This Role
- Lead Platform Engineering team to modernize cloud platforms, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, security, and auditing.
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps strategies to enhance scalability, reliability, and reusability of platform solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application observability, reduce operational costs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in platform engineering/cloud infrastructure with at least 5+ years in managerial roles.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance; familiarity with automation scripting (Python, Bash) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
