About This Role
- Manage work flow, clear obstacles, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure delivery commitments are met across infrastructure projects within the Platform Integration and Enablement tower.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment of large epics/initiatives spanning multiple product and shared services teams into production, collaborating across Product, Delivery, and Engineering.
- Establish and report delivery and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement of infrastructure and operations Agile delivery including Infrastructure & Operations initiatives such as cloud, platform, database, middleware, network, and data center programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years technology delivery experience with at least 7 years in Agile roles such as Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Technical Delivery Lead using Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Proven experience leading infrastructure & operations Agile delivery including cloud, platform, database, middleware, network, and data center projects with tools like Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology delivery experience; Agile certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
- Location requirement: APAC Home Office Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain expertise in infrastructure technologies and operations including networking, compute, storage, databases, cloud platforms, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Experienced in managing cross-team Agile delivery and coordinating multiple infrastructure programs, with skills in Kanban flow optimization and Agile Release Train (ART) facilitation.
- Strong track record of influencing technical and business stakeholders, mentoring Scrum Masters, and driving Agile best practices in complex regulated enterprise environments.
