About This Role
- Own the end-to-end management of the Head Protection product category including development, market analysis, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Lead R&D initiatives to develop new products and update existing ones based on market needs.
- Coordinate project execution including client technical support, site surveys, installation, inspection, and revalidation of related safety systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product category management specifically in the Head Protection vertical.
- Diploma or Graduate Engineering degree (CIPET) or Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of CAD/CAM.
- Strong knowledge of plastics, composites, moulding techniques, and material properties.
- Experience with CAD, CAM, Unigraphics software, customer handling, product certification, and customer audits.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technical product development lifecycle in safety equipment or related domains.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including sales for effective GTM strategy execution.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial setup, preferably located in Sanand, Gujarat.
