About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex AI and SaaS implementation programs, including LLM-powered chatbots and voicebots.
- Act as primary customer-facing leader, managing senior stakeholder expectations and aligning delivery with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor project managers and delivery teams, ensure execution excellence, risk mitigation, and conduct Agile ceremonies and business reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in technical project management, with at least 3+ years in senior or team-handling roles.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS or AI implementations involving AI/LLM-based conversational solutions.
- Location-based requirement: Must be Bangalore-based and work full-time from office.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in technical project management as specified above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and running CXO-level business reviews.
- Proven expertise in managing scope, planning, risk, and governance in fast-paced SaaS or AI-first environments.
- Experience mentoring teams and scaling project delivery across multiple enterprise AI programs simultaneously.
