About This Role
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex technology projects and programs in Commercial & Investment Bank, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for timely delivery.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to assist in project planning, risk synthesis, and governance while validating outputs and managing data sensitivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical program/project management leading complex technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment for program management workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS), MQ, Kubernetes, resiliency patterns, application development, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant technical program management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technology projects with a strong technical fluency and ability to influence decision makers across the project lifecycle.
- Familiar with advanced project management tools (JIRA, MS Office) and concepts such as microservices architecture, load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among technical and business teams using Agile and AI-assisted project governance methods.
