About This Role
- Lead and mentor Chennai-based Product Managers and Product Owners to implement outcome-focused product practices and ensure delivery quality.
- Drive global Software Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) execution, including diagnostics, cybersecurity, licensing, and deployment automation across Operator & Site Applications portfolio.
- Oversee site leadership aspects including operations, vendor management, compliance, and talent acquisition to align with global corporate goals and maintain zero operational disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Senior product leadership managing PMs/POs in complex, enterprise software environments.
- Must have cross-functional and global experience bridging teams across US, New Zealand, and India.
- Technical expertise in platform architecture, cloud/API scalability, cybersecurity standards, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Chennai, India (implied by role location).
