About This Role
- Lead design, build, testing, and delivery of enterprise operational workflows using the Camunda-based Workflow Center platform.
- Translate complex operational processes into executable BPMN 2.0 and DMN models, embedding controls, exception handling, and operational resilience.
- Own full workflow lifecycle including discovery, modelling, functional testing, deployment readiness, production support, and collaboration across Operations, Product, Technology, and Risk teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in workflow modelling, business process management, process automation, business analysis, or operations transformation.
- Hands-on experience with executable BPMN 2.0 modelling and understanding of workflow components such as events, tasks, gateways, subprocesses, and exception paths.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in translating complex or incomplete operational processes into clear, structured, executable workflows using BPMN and DMN.
- Experienced in collaborating across business and technical teams to manage end-to-end workflow delivery including testing and production support.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Camunda 8 platform and related technologies such as FEEL, REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise system integrations is a strong advantage.
