About This Role
- Lead customer-facing technical security engagements related to Genesys Cloud’s architecture, controls, and AI security across APAC.
- Deliver technical security workshops, executive briefings, and evidence-based assessments to diverse audiences including CISOs and auditors.
- Own complex security matters including contractual negotiations and represent Genesys at industry events and customer forums.
Minimum Requirements
- Expert-level experience in cloud security architecture, especially enterprise cloud or SaaS platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS security, cloud-native architectures, and DevSecOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead customer security assessments and present complex security topics to technical and executive audiences.
- Professional fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in AI security and emerging AI threats within enterprise cloud environments.
- Experienced in consulting roles requiring deep technical knowledge and customer interaction in APAC.
- Skilled at translating complex security concepts for senior stakeholders and managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
