Notice Period: Maximum 15 days or immediate joiners only; work mode includes on-site/hybrid with 24x7 rotational shifts.
Demonstrates strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with ability to independently resolve common Windows Server incidents.
Experienced working within structured IT operations environments following ITIL/process-based support and SLA adherence.
Able to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams (Tier 1, Tier 3, Network, Database, Security) and manages incident ownership till resolution or escalation.
